I needed four types of service. I made an appointment and got there when they opened at 7 AM. Lute Riley's shuttle bus had me at work before 8 AM. The work was completed by late morning and the shuttle pick got there when they opened at 7 AM. Lute Riley's shuttle bus had me at work before 8 AM. Obviously, if you need emergency service the experience probably won't be this smooth, but if you can make an appointment and get there at opening time, Lute Riley is a breeze to deal with. More

I had occasion to be in the part of town where I bought my Honda, at the Lute Riley dealership. Since I really needed an oil change, and I received an email offer I thought was from this dealership, I stop my Honda, at the Lute Riley dealership. Since I really needed an oil change, and I received an email offer I thought was from this dealership, I stopped in. The gentleman I spoke with, Bobby Longoria was so very polite, also offered other services. He asked if I needed my tires rotated and my car washed. I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t want to have those other things done. This young man could see that I was limping and offered to drive me to the service area so I could wait in the customer lounge . He was such a doll; I told him I would bet that he was the sparkle in his mothers eye! This young man is definitely an asset to the dealership- just with his mannerisms and kindness. I live an hour away from this dealership but I liked him so much that I would drive that hour to have my car serviced there in the future. There should be more young men like Bobby in the world!
