We visited on a Saturday afternoon with just the intention to browse and check out the models we were interested in. Javed came out to greet us and immediately started answering questions for us abo intention to browse and check out the models we were interested in. Javed came out to greet us and immediately started answering questions for us about the CR-V, Pilot, and Passport we were comparing. Any question we had, he answered without hesitation and was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We did a couple test drives and ended up choosing a car and closing the deal because of Javed’s amazing customer service. We had a great experience overall at Lute Riley and will definitely be back in the future to shop with Javed and his manager, Jae. We appreciate them for making the daunting task of purchasing a new car into a pleasant one. More
