It is an hour drive from my house so, I emailed them to make sure they had what i wanted. They emailed me and called to assure me they had it and the price was as listed on the Jeep website. I met with the salesman Tony Peterson and went for a test drive. I couldn't bring in the trade in, it's my wife's car but I did bring the loan statement. Tony used the VIN number and mileage to come up with a trade in value and wrote it up. Three days later, my wife was off work so, we took her car and drove over. He did not have an appointment till the next week but when I informed him I was worried as it was a bad power steering fluid leak and was worried it would cause damage he said if you can leave it we will get it done. This meant the world to me as my brother was having surgery the next week and I was going out of town for a wedding the next week. He called me the next day and kept me up to date (that it was covered and the parts would be there at noon and he would call me when it was done). At 2 PM it was done and I picked it up. He made a scary time easy. More
