Superior guest experience I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. I had an idea of what I wanted, but was having a difficult time finding "the one", and spent considerable I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. I had an idea of what I wanted, but was having a difficult time finding "the one", and spent considerable time researching my options. Luther Brookdale Chrysler happened to have 2 of my top choices on the website so I decided to drive a little farther than planned to check them out. Ardell introduced me to Mike O'Halloran, who greeted me with a smile. After listening to me explain what I was hoping to find, Mike took me out to look at vehicles that fit the description. Mike was patient and helpful as I continued to ask questions. I was able to test drive 4 different vehicles that day. It was hot out, and after each trip Mike would invite me to spend some time exploring the ins and outs of the vehicle while he got the A/C cooling in the next one on my list. I was never rushed or pressured. Mike continued to ask me questions so he could help me make an informed decision. As we drove the final car, Mike smiled and said, "we may as well head back now". When I asked if I had imposed upon him for too long, he replied, "of course not, but we left your heart in the first car we drove!". After 25 years in the service industry, I could not have been more impressed. I had not said one negative thing about any of the cars. I actually liked them all, but he was absolutely right. My heart and mind had found "the one". What I thought was 'small talk' turned out to be Mike really trying to match me with the right car for ME. How often do people in sales focus more on the person buying than the price tag on the purchase? All of the different choices were within my budget but the one I enjoyed the most happened to have the smallest price tag. Mike treated me with kindness, patience, and respect from beginning to end. We even had a few laughs along the way. I have NEVER had a buying experience like I did that day. I have really enjoyed the car and couldn't be more happy with my choice. With each passing mile, I appreciate Mike even more. My wife is in the market for a brand new car and we are headed back to Luther Brookdale Chrysler to see Ardell, Mike, and the rest of the outstanding staff. FIVE STARS and a new loyal customer! More

Eric "Morty" Mortenson: greatest dealer of our time? I was on a scavenger hunt with my girlfriend for dealerships and we so happened to take a wrong turn. Eric was the first dealer to actually take the time to introduce himself to both me and my girlfriend. Disappointed I recently dropped my Jeep off to have a recall and an oil change done on it. My appointment was for 8:15 am; I dropped it off at 8, told them I neede I recently dropped my Jeep off to have a recall and an oil change done on it. My appointment was for 8:15 am; I dropped it off at 8, told them I needed it by 5, came in to pick it up at 5:15 and was informed that they hadn't even started it yet. I was very upset because I had taken the day off work to have this done and had to take my Jeep back untouched. The guy at the service desk said "if this wasn't the 20th time this has happened this week, I might have a better answer for you." I called the service manager the next morning and he agreed to have it picked up at my place of work, which they did. They also charged me full price for the oil change and brought it back with the gas tank on empty. I am just disappointed that they did not even replace the extra gas I had to use or discount the oil change. More

The only areas I think could have been improved were timing and delivery. We made "the deal" within half an hour of arriving, but 3 hours later we were finally leaving the dealership. In my opinion, that's entirely too long. And the final detailing of the new vehicle was very clearly a rush job. There were cleaning product drips all over the inside and outside of the vehicle. After sitting around for three hours, I was probably more annoyed with that than I would normally have been. Figure out a way to speed up the process so the final step isn't rushed and it would have been excellent. More
