Great experience This was my 3rd experience with this particular dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles through them & now I have leased a 3rd vehicle through them. Same salesman the 1st 2 times & different one this 3rd time. I told myself after the 2nd time I wouldn't go back(due to the salesman) but to be honest, I go wherever I can get the best price. After speaking with Mike (our salesman this time) he quickly changed my mind! He is a great guy & super easy to work with! We got a great deal on our current vehicle & the whole process was so quick & easy. I will go back...but only if I can deal with Mike! More

Even on vehicles I wasn't allowed to touch or test drive :) He made sure everything was done, the car was ready for me when I got there, and that it was in superior condition. He also made sure all my questions were answered before leaving the dealership with my new car. Excellent person to work with. More

Scheduled repair appointment I scheduled an appointment to have my new van worked on; the passenger side heat would not adjust (a warranty repair), an oil change and an additional I scheduled an appointment to have my new van worked on; the passenger side heat would not adjust (a warranty repair), an oil change and an additional key fob synced. I had to wait about 8 mins. to be recognized and spoken to for my appointment. I had to wait almost 2 hours for a service appointment I was told would take less than 1 hour. I have to come back because they didn't have the part to repair the heat problem even though I was very specific about the problem when I scheduled the appointment. Washing my van did little to make me feel better about the time invested in a non-repair appointment. More
