Disappointed! In October I purchased a new 2014 ecoDiesel Ram 1500. In January - less than 4000 miles on the vehicle I needed service: Check engine light went on, In October I purchased a new 2014 ecoDiesel Ram 1500. In January - less than 4000 miles on the vehicle I needed service: Check engine light went on, vehicle woudn't heat properly, and some aftermarket installation they did wasn't working properly. I was told I had to wait for almost a week to get in - which is ridiculous when the vehicle wasn't heating properly. I asked for a loaner while they did warranty service and was told i Had to PAY $35 to RENT a vehicle? Not pleased at all - why should I have to pay? The vehcile wouldn't even need to be there in the first place if their product worked as it should - not to mention the dealer install aftermarket wasn't working properly. I am not recommending this place to anyone and will definitely be going elsewhere in the future. Should have stayed at WALSER. Too bad the survey is already turned in that they PRESSURE you to give high scores. Don't believe all the reviews with praise - it's BS! More

The car had a check engine light the day after we got it, and they immediately took it in under the 30 day warranty and fixed with no charge. They went out of their way to get financing stuff handled with our credit union, and Tim offered up great advice on GAP coverage which saved us money. All around great experience. More

Mike O'Halloran provided great knowledge and great service I had shopped extensively on the internet, and when it came to to finalizing my decision, I knew the Jeep Cherokee was the right vehicle for me.
