Speedy service if you ask me. Some other sales people at other dealerships were trying to sell me a different Jeep, but Benji knew what I wanted and went out of his way to get it delivered. I was skeptical that it wasn't going to have everything I wanted, but I was proven wrong when I saw the Jeep the next day in pristine condition exactly how Benji said it was. Great job man! The service department is inadequate. I have brought my vehicle in several times for steering issues and they never find anything. Their answer is to put air in the tires and balance them. Recently, there was a clank and some terrible screeching noise up front so I had it towed in to them on Saturday afternoon. They were closed until Tuesday because of the Memorial Holiday. I had an appointment Tuesday morning at 10:45. Tuesday afternoon I was told there were two cars ahead of me and they haven't looked at it yet. I tried to get a hold of my service advisor 7 times over the two days and left as many messages. I got so much run around, i'm not even sure that they even looked at it. The end result was they found nothing. The only person worth while in there is Steve Mackey - he's great! My rental was a pig stye inside. It had garbage under the seats and was in need of a vacuuming something terrible! I bought my Pontiac at this dealerhship and they sold me an extended warranty that, according to their answers to my questions, would be perfect for me since I have no one to help me if there is a breakdown. The warranty turns out to be selective in where I can take it and not all Chrysler dealers will accept it. Garbage! I ended up paying for the tow and the rental because they found nothing. $250 just handed over to them after two frustrating days of trying to get answers and 5 days in a disgusting rental. I'm highly disappointed in this dealer. I have no trust in them and won't be returning or recommending. More

Mike was extremely friendly, and listened to my needs. We looked at both a Dart and Challenger. While I 'really' would have liked a Challenger, he understood that making the $$ stretch would be an issue, so looked at both a Dart and Challenger.
