Service dept. employees are very understaffed. I tried to make an appointment over the phone and after waiting 5 min's i decided to leave a message, no one returned my call after 6 hrs? I brought my truck in for it's first oil change and no one had time to talk to me except the cashier. I was informed later my front tires are damaged from not getting them rotated. No one told me i needed this service done, but there computer says i was talked to about this. Now i have a new truck with tires that are no good. Service mgr. said lets wait and see what happens??? This is a $40,000 truck, i feel i deserved much better care from an alledged 5 star dealer. Todd Johnson More
Brookdale Chrysler has been the dependable, no worry option for service on my car. They were originally my choice based on location, but I would forgo other options to return in the future. I thought that telling the customer the price of the service/part at the time of repair doesn't give the customer a chance to price compare. You feel helpless and feel the pressure to say yes to whateve service/part at the time of repair doesn't give the customer a chance to price compare. Got a load of surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork for the vehicle....very disconcerting. Have had issues with my steering since purchase and I'm told that it is normal. Also, had an oil change and they did not reset so it still says I need an oil change or perhaps I did not get what I paid for???? Additionally, although I have not had time to pursue. The vehicle does not start properly and the AC does not come on when you push the button. Not so very pleased. More
I was working out of town for several weeks while looking for a vehicle. The only time I had to look at vehicles was on the internet or on Sunday when the dealership was closed, but I was home. I was put in touch with Ben Sobraske through the web site and after a couple phone calls, I was able to find the used vehicle I wanted, get financing I wanted. When I came back home I went in to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. I was impressed by the organized, clean and relaxed environment. The time it took to test drive the SUV, do the paperwork and leave was about an hour and a half. The paperwork was ready to go when I arrived, the car was better than the internet ad showed. It was without Question in my top three most satisfying customer service experiences. An absolute Value all around Working with Brookdale Chrysler, I did not expect a vehicle buying experience to go this easily, In my opinion, anyone would be wasting time going to another dealer. More

The only issue I had was that my free oil changes did not show up - I was to recieve them based on buying an extended warranty. I did not get much help in figuring this out from the service area. Very friendly salesman. Was happy to sell either new or used. Worked hard to get a used car back from auto auction that I was interested in, but quickly shifted gears to new car when I saw one on the floo used. Business manager was friendly, no pressure to buy other products. But bought bumper-to-bumper coverage for life of car because it's a good deal for a guy who keeps his cars till they drop. Radio has a short that I'll bring in soon; an intermittant problem that may take time to find - we'll see how the service department rates. More
