HORRENDOUS customer service!!! Update: They finally fixed the radio. It does not make up for over a year of struggling and dealing with a multitude of issues. Plus, they made no secret that it was because of the bad review that they were fixing it. The installers were great about coming to get my Jeep and taking care of everything then giving me a demo on all the functions. During this year, Mike transferred to a new job. Nicole is clueless about what customer service is about. I'm happy to finally have a functional radio so I have increased my earlier rating from 1 to 3. It just does not make up for the past 16 months. I'll never have the same feelings for my Jeep again. Note: I was told the GM had no ideal this was happening. Original: When I bought my new Jeep, they told me I could have a backup camera installed by them for about $500. After I dropped it off for installation, they announced it required a new radio and the factory radio could not be used. The Kenwood they installed ($1200) has NEVER worked. It is a nightmare! I have a long list of problems including randomly turning on/off, volume changes, buttons not working or strange results. I have even had wires fall down across my dash. Multiple trips, phone calls (rarely unreturned), emails, texts, BROKEN/ empty promises and well over a year later, I still am dealing with a radio that doesn't work. Take my advice and steer clear of this shady business with it's sketchy characters. More
