Service Called and set up an appointment to drop my truck off the night before the service. Was told should only take a couple of hours and will get a call w Called and set up an appointment to drop my truck off the night before the service. Was told should only take a couple of hours and will get a call when ready. Did not get a call, called mutilple times and left voicemail. Finally received a call when they were closing. Was told can pick up on Saturday in the am. Went in on Saturday to the service desk received my paperwork and was told someone will bring my truck to me. Sat there for 15 minutes with no truck finally asked if I can go and get my truck myself and they said fine. This place is obviously understaffed, whoever I call it goes to voicemail and when your there your always waiting. More
