Our sales person was wonderful. The car had issues though on day 5 of ownership. Had to bring it back in. Sat for a long time in waiting. Those chairs are not comfortable. Our Service Adviser, John Jelle, was great. He addressed and resolved our original problem and then another item was caught on inspection. It was a small problem that may have taken awhile to be a noticeable problem to me. He was able to add some routine maintenance into this repair reducing our routine maintenance cost by $600 and with our extended warranty being used prior to our warranty expiring, saving us roughly $1000. John had choices and he made choices that benefited me and took care of the dealership as well. I love win win situations. I will definitely shop Brookdale Honda again. I do wish Honda would take the 2015 Honda Pilot Body, seating size and style and update it with all the changes in technology found in the new Pilot. I love my 2015 Pilot Touring and would love to know I could buy what I love about my 2015 in 2025. Regardless, Brookdale Honda has earned my loyalty. Prior to the Pilot I had 5 Impalas and a Trailblazer and would have considered myself a Chevy person but in 2015, I found the top of the line Pilot offered more for less than Chevy and the service level is better.
