We were disappointed that the final price of the car only came down to the sticker price from its previously advertised price and that the add-ons are nice enough but mostly would not have been worth the price to us. This is a retired courtesy car in pristine condition and we love the car. Anthony was enthusiastic and efficient, and presented a warm and comforting presence during the finance and closing times--which in our experience are awkward at best. P.S. Hannah is the best! More

Feel like sales person did not let me know wiper in back of my car was not working had to come back to have it check. Bought a wiper blade when I needed a wiper arm. Paid $123.00 and found it on line for$42 of my car was not working had to come back to have it check. Bought a wiper blade when I needed a wiper arm. Paid $123.00 and found it on line for$42. Plus spent another hour and half at the dealership that all I wanted was oil change and new wiper blade. Didn’t feel like appointment was well managed. I wish Honda workers could go over a see how Toyota workers work and keep clients informed and follow up. BAD experience. More
