I arrived for a simple oil change. I was early for my appointment. I was told that it would take an hour when I called to make the appointment and at check in. After an hour passed, I went to the service advisor Matt explaining that it has been over the time and I had another appointment. He was not kind, almost confrontational. He wasn’t apologetic rather told me to go back inside and he’ll let me know when it will be done. I again explained that I have another appointment. He then said he’ll check into it. It was done 15min later. When the car was driven up he apologized to the service guy saying I was in a hurry! What! I already waited over an hour and you make it my fault. Don’t tell me a time and not deliver. I have a busy schedule and need to get things done on my day off! My time is valuable.
