Installed trailer hitch, ATF cooler and wiring. (A) wiring was never checked, did not even work, learned they did not install fuses as described in installation instructions. (B) Issue with noise/hum wiring was never checked, did not even work, learned they did not install fuses as described in installation instructions. (B) Issue with noise/hum created by ATF cooler resulted in their belief transmission is failing and should be replaced. Transmission was studied by transmission shop with three very experienced (20+ year) mechanics and master rebuilders. They did not agree with dealers analysis, could not find a reason to recommend rebuild or replacement of transmission. More

Have a 2019 civic, 1st oil change they washed my car and didn't dry it, hard water marks covering the entire vehicle. 2nd oil change the tech didn't put the bottom engine cover on correctly which caused the didn't dry it, hard water marks covering the entire vehicle. 2nd oil change the tech didn't put the bottom engine cover on correctly which caused the cover to scrape against the pavement going over small bumps, I called them and they didn't offer to bring my car in right away to fix it, I had to wait 3 weeks to get another appt and in the meantime the bottom cover was one with the road, scraping along the pavement on minor bumps. I was sold 2 keys for my car that couldn't be programmed by the dealership. Was told it was a problem with the car and would require expensive & time consuming diagnostics to "maybe" fix.
