Have came here for years for normal oil changes and bought a car from here as well. It's finally come to a point where I actually had to have real service done on my car and it was a terrible experien bought a car from here as well. It's finally come to a point where I actually had to have real service done on my car and it was a terrible experience. Wasted 2 days at the dealership as there was terrible communication and items not fixed even though I was told they were fixed. My car still sounds the same (even though I was told the knocking noise was fixed). After a wasted 2 days and an extra trip back into the service center (to get a tpms light issue fixed that I was told was fixed and good to go), I decided not to come back for a 3rd time and I will not be back for any more service issues. More

I received great service at Luther Brookdale Honda. John Jelle was very professional and helpful. When I was about to leave I remembered my back wiper was not working correct and he took a look at it a John Jelle was very professional and helpful. When I was about to leave I remembered my back wiper was not working correct and he took a look at it and was able to get the whole wipper arm replaced promply.
