I had call and spoke with Scott Teebo for an oil change, air filter change and brake fluid change for $280 on the phone so I book the appointment for the next day Thursday. When I was dropping my car off for the Thursday appointment, Cy, the service advisor quoted $370, I didn't know why I was quote two different price. I didn't have the quote email so I didn't have proof but I learn the lesson. My advice is when you spoke to anyone on the phone, please have them email you the price quote because you get a surprised when you show up at the dealership. I don't mind the price but why would you quote your customer one price then give them another price when they show up to get the service. I will probably not returning to get any service done at this location, I will bring it to the Richfield Bloomington Honda, at least you won't get 2 different prices, one on the phone and one at the dealership. The service was fantastic. The sales guy we felt with was not pushy at all. The finance guy was straight to the point and they didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need.
