I was told an hour and a half for my vehicle to get serviced. So I stayed at the dealership. Ended up being about 3 hours till my vehicle got done. My lease was a corporate lease, which was very challenging for them. It took over three weeks. I’ve done these deals in the past (over 20 years) and this was the longest.
