My lease was a corporate lease, which was very challenging for them. It took over three weeks. I’ve done these deals in the past (over 20 years) and this was the longest. Was excited to find the exact used Pilot that we wanted here. Test drive was fine, but beyond us asking a bunch of questions and getting what we wanted - Tom was just kind of... there for the sales process here. And then when we had a couple concerns with the vehicle after driving home with it, I reached out and both Tom and his manager Ryan were less than helpful in getting our concerns addressed. It was like once the sale had been made, they couldn't care less if the car we had taken home had any problems or didn't meet our expectations. Love the car. Very disappointed in the experience. I called Cy back 2 times because he ordered an oil change that I did not request because I did not need one. He never once returned my phone calls. I especially said my maintenance light was on, but that I that I did not request because I did not need one. He never once returned my phone calls.
