Customer service was okay, depending on the person. The first service rep i talked with was okay, a little off putting And unpleasant, the second one who gave me my car was super nice and pleasing. My car was dirty after the wash yet and he wanted to wash it for me again, but i didnt mind. That did make my day though, it was a younger african american fellow from the service department, he never gave me his name though. The process with him was pretty quick. I was gonna rate a bunch of 1’s and 2’s but if this were to effect the second guys pay that would be upsetting. If i were to rate the first guy then Of course 1’s and 2’s. More

Cy Bongiovanni usually takes care of me during my visits for service. This time my air conditioning started to blow warmer air and he got me in to get it looked at. Cy checked and found that the work and parts were covered under my extended warranty. I am very pleased with the service I have received. On a previous visit, Cy got a better deal on tires when I needed them. I was ready to get a set of Michelin all season radials at a Costco. Cy checked into it and found that the tires that Costco had were Michelins 3rd best all season and that your dealership could get Michelins best all season radial for only $4 more per wheel. I was very happy to take that deal. Cy always comes through! More

Chad Boyce (who is very handsome by the way) worked with me on my service. Him and James Pinc both greeted my dog and I right when I pulled into the drive and helped me grab all of my personal items and Cha me on my service. When I got my car back, it was even cleaner than how I left it.
