Very difficult to work with, care more amount getting money than helping people, sold me my car with a broken fog light that I had to replace and did not detail or clean the inside of the car at all. After having a pleasant experience with Hopkins Honda for a precious purchase, we we’re expecting the same with Brookdale Luther Honda, but were instead met with disrespectful, sloppy, rude, unhonest, and un a precious purchase, we we’re expecting the same with Brookdale Luther Honda, but were instead met with disrespectful, sloppy, rude, unhonest, and unprofessional customer service. The majority of this occurred after we had unfortunately already gave them our money, showing the true colors of the dealership. After feeling pressured by the dealer and seeing our trade in had been placed for sale, $11,000 more than the trade in agreement, posted the next day, my husband called to discuss the experience with the general manager Jim. They had ordered finally said my vehicle had transmission issue but the recent inspection reports on carfax that the dealership put after buying the car do not show these issues and the price difference shows otherwise. Jim proceeded to swear at my husband calling him a xxxxxxx, called my vehicle a piece of xxxx that will rot on the lot and even said my husband could by back the vehicle at the initial offer price of $4,500. This again shows the dishonesty practiced by this dealership. If the dealership honestly wants to sell us the vehicle for $4,500 we would buy it back but not only is this another lie, we don’t want to have to interact with employees (specifically general manager Jim) with a complete lack of integrity and basic human decency. Save your money and avoid at all costs. More
