Very unsatisfied with multiple visits. I made my Very unsatisfied with multiple visits. I made my appointment with Honda due to flat tire. When making appointment, I stated I bought the warranty that covers flat tires. Additionally, they could not find me in system. Thus, we created a new profile and created my appointment that way. The person stated, if they can’t find the warranty with my car they’ll call me back to get more information. I received no call, thus when I went into appointment I thought it was all set to go. However, when I arrived he could not find me in the computer system AGAIN. I arrive to my appointment, and the person assisting me stated if we can’t find it and insurance doesn’t approve then I will have to pay for new tire. 90 minutes went by, and he comes out Standing he can’t find me or my car or my warranty. I told him it’s unacceptable for me to sit here for 90 minutes and have done nothing to my vehicle or talk to me about the situation. He told me he heard enough. I stated I have my paper work in vehicle. In my head, I was very displeased because they have done nothing for 90 minutes and didn’t talk to me when I have proof and could’ve been out of their by now. I go get paperwork and stated I’d like to talk to manager. Manager assisted me and in the end stated my vin numbers was wrong due to having two papers with different vin numbers due to when I first got vehicle the paperwork had a mishap and thus my warranty was with the wrong vin number. After they returned my car my left mirror cover was taken off, and tire pressure was not reset. VERY DISPLEASED. I will not be buying another Honda. Worst experience ever. Staff were not helpful, and waiting 90 minutes without communicating and doing nothing to my car was unacceptable and disrespectful to my time as a person. More
