Essentially charged for a service I did not get. I will make this a simple review. I made an appointment for a maintenance code and having owned this vehicle for eleven years I know what each code is I will make this a simple review. I made an appointment for a maintenance code and having owned this vehicle for eleven years I know what each code is. When making my appointment I told the person I did not need my tires rotated since I had just replaced all four tires. I will take responsibility for not reminding the person that I did not need my tires rotated when I brought my car in for service, but expected it to be noted in my appointment notes. It wasn’t, they did it, and I paid for it. Well I thought they did the tire rotation. I have a slow leak in one of my tires, I know which one, and low and behold the tire is in the same location as after the supposed tire rotation. So I was charged for a service I did not receive. So to sum up, be aware of this dealership, as they will charge you for services they do not perform. More
