Don't bother going here, gimmicks, scam, and untrustworthy I have a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Sedan. I've serviced here the past 3 years. They lured me in with the $19.95 oil change the first year. Then the pr I have a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Sedan. I've serviced here the past 3 years. They lured me in with the $19.95 oil change the first year. Then the price increases exponentially for the next 2 years. Now, it sits at $49.95 for the same service and product. I even bought four new tires, did alignment, and all the works. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for a tire change without performing the service at all. That is when I stopped coming to this dealership. It doesn't stop there, unfortunately. Luther advertises that they'll buy your car without you buying it from them. So, today (Sept 28th, 2019) we went in and got an appraisal. We were helped by Nash Tarweek. He dressed very formal, with fancy shoes and tie. He also wear a diamonds-encrusted ring. His desk were filled with praises from his previous buyer. It was decorated with kid's drawings and plaques of awards. In our mind, we stomach that this is a show-off and it was not going to end well. But, we sat and awaits for the appraisal from his manager, who was going to look at the car. He left us momentarily and returns with a figure: $1,000. We looked at what his manager wrote. Without much further discussion, we thanked him and walked out. We went next door to Luther Brookdale Toyota. With the same car, we got a higher appraisal from them. In our head, we were wondering as to why Luther Brookdale Honda offered us a lower price than Luther Brookdale Toyota. For the sake of speaking, we had our Honda serviced by them constantly; thus, had paid thousands in service fees. Not only that, it's a Honda! And, we're trying to sell it back to a Honda dealership! Nevertheless, when it's time to sell it back to them, they tried to low-ball us. Toyota (next door) doubled the figure of what they had offered us! In the end, we are completely disappointed in Honda. Particularly, this dealership. That's a complete disservice of a loyal customer who had brought businesses to them. Yes, Honda makes great products but it's the people that sell the products that are ingenuine. We are now future Toyota owners instead of Honda. We went ahead and bought a new Toyota Highlander instead of anything that Honda had to offered. We are glad we cut ties with Honda, in general. More

I went back to have them fix it, but they refuse and wanted to charge me extra. I agreed to pay for it and they say give us three days. After three days, I went back to get my car after three days and my car was not ready still. I ask to get a different car since I need a car for the meantime, and the manger decided to call the cops on me for no apparent reason. I got 1 year no trespassing ticket. I’ll never go back to this dealer for any reason. More
Damaged my sensor and tried to say it's my fault I went in for a basic oil change that was to take 45mins, two hours later they let me go and my engine light comes on. They've been ducking since. No pressure to sell, rather focused on answering all our questions, let us test drive the car and explained things to the best of his knowledge. We don’t like pressure. We knew what we wanted. Nice dealership, very comfortable and we are looking forward to service our vehicle there as long as the service is great. One thing we disliked:the offering of all of these extra warranties at the end. It made us feel like we weren’t buying a reliable vehicle as the warranties were offered like a must have to save tons of money. Really? I was about to decline the purchase at the spot. Decided to still go with a Honda based on the recommendation of a good friend who has owned Honda before. So we hope our vehicle is a reliable one, or we will be going back to Nissan! Quick service but overcharged me I was looking to get a standard oil change and a tire rotation. I had seen the coupon on the website for a $40 deal that included both of those things I was looking to get a standard oil change and a tire rotation. I had seen the coupon on the website for a $40 deal that included both of those things, so I expected to pay around $40. However, the person I worked with claimed there wasn’t a coupon like that and that it would cost me $130 to get those two things done. I was upset since the coupon was literally on their specific website and it was still valid for weeks to come... also, being a young female at the dealership, I felt I was being taken advantage of. I knew about the coupon and tried to pull it up on the site but my data wasn’t working and I couldn’t get it to work, and the man I was working with said he had never heard of such a deal and that he didn’t know anyone who paid so little for this service. I didn’t want to deal with being belittled any longer, and they had already taken my car back to the shop area, so I let them know that while I’ll cough up the $130 for these simple services, I will never be coming back. Valvoline only charges $25 for an oil change in my hometown, so I will be going back there for my next oil changes to come. More
