Good sales experience. Poor customer delivery/presentation Great sales experience working with Victor Oates. D- for the way the car was prepared for us to take delivery. After the sale we left the car there overnight to have a clearcoat applied and a little paint touch up. When we picked up the car the next afternoon, all the stickers were still on the car. Also, the floor mats were still in the rear storage area of the vehicle. We had to remove all the stickers ourselves and install the floor mats. This was while the car was out in the lot. That should all have been accomplished prior to us driving away in our newly purchased vehicle. More
