Very attentive, friendly, and professional staff I went in for an air bag replacement recall. I arrived 30 minutes early and it was no problem. The person working with me at the service center was friendly, helpful, and professional. She informed me as to how they would communicate with me when they were done and informed me she expected the work to be completed under the original time estimate of 2 hours. After about an hour waiting I received a phone call from a friendly staff member informing me that the work was done, asked me where I was and told me to wait there and he would come to me. That last customer friendly service act was enough to make me definitely want to come back for future vehicle trade ins. It was an enjoyable experience. More

The prices he quoted were crazy and if that is what you charge we will be looking for another dealership $4000 to have a timing belt changed is criminal!
