Quick and Easy I came in unknowingly by service dept as I was under the impression that I had a service appointment. Due to my own error, I scheduled the service app I came in unknowingly by service dept as I was under the impression that I had a service appointment. Due to my own error, I scheduled the service appointment with a different dealership and showed up at Luther instead. Despite a small wait and my lack of knowledge on how the process works the overall experience deserves a top rating. The Service Manager apologized for my wait and lack of help I didn't receive upon arriving. He proceeded to accommodate my error and squeeze me to get my key cut and programmed. The wait was pretty standard equivalent to any wait I have received when I get service done at the Mini or Audi dealership. The waiting room was spacious....a room for kiddos, individual work centers for business people, lounging communal area as well as a well stocked snack beverage bar. Service went smoothly and bam we were done. Two thumbs up. More
