From Payton in the service center to the personal Honda representative Maurice, that helped We had brought our van in to have for recalls performed. From Payton in the service center to the personal Honda representative Maurice, that helped us, everything was great. They were very prompt in getting us call us when they were running behind and also prompt in returning phone calls when we had questions. Our only complaint and it has nothing to do with the service at all, is we had asjed them to look at our transmission because it makes a very loud clunk sound when the car is on an incline-when you put it into reverse, after releasing the emergency brake. It Has done this for a few years now but they weren’t able to find out what was wrong with it -so that was frustrating for us. Pricey to pay to find nothing when we very clearly hear something when the car is in an incline position. Otherwise service was great ! More
