Ease of mind I was shown what I came in thinking was the issue. Turns out there's no issue. Another establishment told me I had an oil leak and there wasn't any le I was shown what I came in thinking was the issue. Turns out there's no issue. Another establishment told me I had an oil leak and there wasn't any leak. Well there was a tiny leak from the cheap oil filter they installed. I'm so happy with the way I was spoken to and shown the there is no leak. I'm at peace of mind now knowing my 30k vehicle is in great shape and hands. More

What impressed me the most was watching him interact with a little old lady! She walked with a cane and I watched him take her arm and lead her to the waiting area and get her seated. From there he got her coffee and asked if she needed anything else. She asked for two cookies (which he brought). After he walked away, she had the biggest smile on her face. I seriously had a few tears escape my eyes. It was that beautiful of a thing to witness! I volunteer with senior citizens and was truly moved to see such compassion and kindness displayed by Moises. I will definitely request him for my next service! As someone with a strong customer service background, it was also affirming to see such strong customer service skills being displayed. More
