Incredibly expensive. The service center get an oil change, tire rotation, and replace two air filters. I walked out of their $200 poor, mainly due to the labor charge of $112.95. Peyton, the service rep, did not go over the fighting such as the health of the battery upon completion. She's simply handed me the paperwork and said I was finished. Whoever was in the car also readjusted the seats and changed all that air conditioning settings. They also turn the light switch from Auto to off I went driving around at night without realizing the lights went on. I will never service my car there again. It was my third bad experience. I'm done. More

Picked 110,000 mileage service. Got a different service. I scheduled my service online at 8/25/18 at noon. I chose the 110,000 mileage service, so I know what services are being done to my car. I get there at Brookdale Honda and I talked to Jeffrey. He did the initial inspection of my car and asked me what brings me in, I replied back by saying I have an appointment at noon and it's the 110,000 mileage service option. It seem like he didn't know what I was talking about. Jeffrey grabs another employee who was gonna help with getting my appointment started. They then give me the minder 4 service. They didn't explain what the service is and I was thinking the 110,000 mileage service is minder 4 service. They ask me if I want my valves adjustments and new spark plugs and I replied yes, because it's part of the 110,000 mileage service. They both didn't know what I was talking about. They then had me sign and give them permission to work on my car. I had to wait 5 hrs just to get new spark plugs and valve adjustment. It takes 5hrs to do spark plugs and valve adjustments? They didn't give me a report about my breaks, no report on my tires, no tire rotation, they didn't do my water pump, they didn't do my timing belt. They didn't give me the multi-point inspection report. I asked about the timing belt and the guy that Jeffrey grabbed said I didn't have a timing belt so I didn't have to worry about it. Then I thought to myself my car doesn't have a timing belt? I'm just frustrated with the whole situation. They didn't perform the services I thought I was getting, they gave me a different service and didn't explain what it was, they didn't give me a copy of my multi-point inspection, I wasn't introduced to the guy Jeffrey grabbed, 5hrs to do 2 jobs on my car! Now I have to schedule another service for my car and get the rest of my services done. I am never going back to Brookdale Honda. More

I declined but asked for documentation. i was asked about tire rotation which i confirmed i would. i was told wait time is 90 minutes. i waited 100 which i was okay with. here is where my issue comes in. Oscar zeroed out my bill meaning i pay nothing. he than realized after telling me this i was the wrong customer and disappeared for over 20 minutes. no i am irritated. and i have a bill to pay which i would have not had an issue if i didnt get stuck waiting another 20 minutes. my finally straw was when i was asked for the documentation about cabin filter plus orher filter and was told it was not needed. which means if i had i had said tes i would have paid for an unnecessary filter change for $100+ bill. it makes not trust the honda dealership service department with any tecommendation More
