Warranty refusal A tear developed in the carpet next to the foot rest on my Accord with only 12,000 miles and Honda would not cover this. Last Honda I will own. This warranty turn down I believe was due to little effort on the service writers part. I have owned 6 Honda’s in 12 years and in 45 years of driving have never seen a carpet do this before. Shame on you Honda. More
Good service this time I had a much better experience with your service center this time than I did last time. Not too happy with this dealer now. I love this dealer to take my car for maintenance and looking for a new possible car. But in my last two visit it's not the same. The last time withou I love this dealer to take my car for maintenance and looking for a new possible car. But in my last two visit it's not the same. The last time without any advance notification the dealers didn't want to accept the discount coupons from other Honda dealers as before. They went back with this decision because now I have to take the decision to take my car to the dealer to best help my pocket. I already sent a review about this, but I didn't receive any phone call or email back from the dealer managers. On the other hand, the last two time I went there I as looking for a new car and maybe trade in mine. Apparently, no one care to sale new cars, because I didn't receive any help. The employees only looked me walk around and didn't offer their service, so I will go to another place where they really want to sale and provide good service. More
Oil and filter change. Fuel tank motor draining battery. After being gone for a week, the battery was dead. Aaron said that the car is a big computer and that is normal. Another employee stopped over and said that a motor regulating the fuel tank could be the cause. Not a great situation to wonder if the battery will start your car after it has sat for a while. I would recommend this service center, but not Aaron. More

Excellent service When we took our van in to be serviced it was done in a timely and professional manner. While we waited we were able to look at the new vehicles and When we took our van in to be serviced it was done in a timely and professional manner.
