Elite Our Sales Professional Dan Johnson was just that... professional!! We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite from Brookdale Luther. He listened to ou Our Sales Professional Dan Johnson was just that... professional!! We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite from Brookdale Luther. He listened to our needs and wants and did his best to accommodate. Dan’s knowledge of the product and personable sense of humor made the buying process easy and enjoyable. Dan was great as we worked by my preference of communication primarily over the phone and through email. Once we made the decision on the vehicle Dan did a great job of working for us to get the best value possible for the Odyssey. Dan and Ben (manager) found us the perfect Odyssey at a great price! At time of delivery the Odyssey was cleaned up wonderfully. Dan did a great job of walking my wife through how to use all the amazing features of this vehicle. The only negative to the transaction was with Nick the finance manager when he became visibly upset when we chose not to purchase the extended warranty. More
Disappointed slightly Overall great experience as usual however this was the first time that my presence was not even acknowledged for about 10 minutes. From the time I pulled my car into the bay area to the time when a customer service representative greeted me at the desk and asked if I had been helped was at least 10 minutes. It’s not the end of the world of course but that has never happened before. Also you guys are typically good at suggesting what I may need such as a tire rotation. But this time I was the one who initiated and suggested I may be due for that as well. The guy was nice but kinda was unaware of my mileage and last tire rotation until I asked him to look. Then he said “oh yeah I guess you probly are due.” Again not a huge deal but just not what I am used to. My last visit I gave a stellar review so I’m not a whiner. It seemed like an “off” day, that’s all. More
