Great experience This was my first time at this service center. I was nothing but pleased. I was happy that I could get a same day appointment. Wayyy too long I sat for over an hour after seeking my my car ready in the lot until someone would help me. I saw it in the lot and waited about a half hour....no help. I asked someone and they said it should be ready shortly, they were just getting the keys (obviously a lie). After another half hour someone asked who I was, I told them , and they said my car was just getting finished ( obviously a lie). I said my car has been sitting ready in the lot for an hour. Within a few minutes they came up with my paperwork and keys. More

Honda odyssey Came to the dealership knowing what I was looking for. Had it down to 2 different models. When I settled on what I wanted, I couldn’t see the actual Came to the dealership knowing what I was looking for. Had it down to 2 different models. When I settled on what I wanted, I couldn’t see the actual vehicle I was driving. The sales guy said the vehicle was somewhere on the lot, but didn’t know where. He also said the vehicle had seating for 8, despite it only having 7 seats. He wasn’t familiar with the model we purchased. His excuse was that the dealership doesn’t sell that many of that model. It took a while to find the vehicle. After the vehicle was found, it did take a while for the vehicle to get ready even though the paperwork was all completed. After getting the vehicle, it did not have a full gas tank, despite that being a incentive when purchasing a vehicle from Luther. During our wait to fill the tank, some employees were having an adult conversation outside. My 9 year old daughter heard their swearing during the conversation. Although it was nearly closing when we left with our vehicle, I did feel that was unprofessional. I did drive by other Honda dealerships to get to Luther. If I return to Luther, I hope it is a more pleasant experience. More

Full Response With a Smile! The front office service was excellent, but we (Jared and myself) had initially put a note in the service form to use my Mobil 1 oil in the oil change The front office service was excellent, but we (Jared and myself) had initially put a note in the service form to use my Mobil 1 oil in the oil change - it was in a box on my back seat. When I picked up the car, and left, I realized that I had been charged for oil and the technician had not used the Mobil 1. I went back to Ben Wysocki, who was very accommodating and a true asset to your service department, who brought the car in immediately (even though it was about 6:30 or 6:45 in the evening) and had the technician replace the oil and filter. I would have rated this as excellent, as Ben and Jared were great to work with and Ben went out of his way to accommodate. I rated this satisfactory, however, because I'm not sure how we could have been any clearer on your paperwork and, though Ben asked the technician if he had used the oil, the technician indicated to Ben that he couldn't find it - when it was clearly sitting on the backseat in a cardboard oil case. Ben got me a refund for charges for the oil, which I also appreciated. Brookdale Honda has done all of the service work on my Accord - I'm very happy with your service - this was just a minor bump in the road. More
