The dealership purposely overloads the number of appointment s in its scheduling and doesn’t seem to be concerned with the extremely long wait periods for it’s customers. Diagnostic testing Had diagnostic done of transmission. They were very thorough in doing the testing. Kept overnight and then road tested to complete procedure. Oil change I normally have a great service at this location, but this oil change was ridiculous. I scheduled the oil change ahead of time and had an appointment I normally have a great service at this location, but this oil change was ridiculous. I scheduled the oil change ahead of time and had an appointment but the oil change took two hours. After 45 minutes the rep called to let me know I needed a rear wiper blade which I declined at that time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and they would be done. After an hour and a half into the oil change he said it should be ready and he continue to call on his radio to find out where the vehicle was and no one would respond. after waiting for another half hour they finally found the vehicle and like I said it took a total of two hours just to do And oil change. More
