Since we purchased our 2017 CR-V my experience with their ser I first started with Brookdale Honda in 2000 so I have 19 years of experience with them. Since we purchased our 2017 CR-V my experience with their service department has been very disappointing. They no longer take the time to review the inspection sheet with you. This was the third time I had our vehicle in for service. I had to do a fair amount of looking for it after paying since it wasn’t where they said it would be. When I found it the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat was still in the vehicle. When the warranty is up me and Brookdale Honda will be parting ways. More

Service Center only Save by Service Manager My wife took newly bought Honda Pilot from this dealership in for it's oil change. We had an appointment at 400PM. My wife arrived 15 minutes early an My wife took newly bought Honda Pilot from this dealership in for it's oil change. We had an appointment at 400PM. My wife arrived 15 minutes early and went to service desk to ask about procedures for an appointment since it was her first visit. She was rudley told by a service representative to go stand by her car and wait. My wife waited for another 20 minutes it is now 420pm when she had to go in an ask for the manager as to why she is still standing around waiting when she had an appointment and 5 other cars where helped immediately and she was still waiting. The manger step forward to help my wife and gave my wife a 1st time complimentary oil change. Manager saved the day but horrible customer service by other service center employees. My wife said 5 or 6 of the service employees was just standing around doing nothing while she stood out by her car. I gave a two star rating only because service manager saved the day. More
