We went in and were warmly greeted by Terrica Tubman. Terrica showed us around and gave us great insight on a couple of Honda models we were interested in. 2 weeks later, we called and made an appointment with Terrica. Again, Terrica was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. She was patient and she LISTENED to us, never talked down to us or over us -that was very important to us. Never once did we feel like Terrica was selling to us. She was very sincere and extremely polite the entire time. And when it came down to decision time...and based on OUR numbers...Terrica exceeded our expectations! She was able to get us a great deal on the exact model we wanted. And I was surprised with the size of the selection of cars available at Brookdale Honda. The entire experience was comfortable, low key, no pressure and friendly. More

Great Experience! About two weeks ago, I stopped in to look at used vehicles. I found a very good deal on a used SUV, a decent price with pretty low mileage on the car, About two weeks ago, I stopped in to look at used vehicles. I found a very good deal on a used SUV, a decent price with pretty low mileage on the car, essentially new. I spoke with the sales associate Jeff and discussed the cars we were looking at. After comparing offers from other dealerships, it was hard to beat a good price with low mileage on the car we were looking at. Came back a week later, noticed the car was still there and ended up purchasing it! Throughout the whole process, Jeff has been super helpful and a great sales associate overall. Definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
