Chaotic and stressful and time consuming It was stressful and extremely time consuming. I know it's not a quick process but we were waiting a lot of times with no idea why or when we would be It was stressful and extremely time consuming. I know it's not a quick process but we were waiting a lot of times with no idea why or when we would be moving on. We were being helped at the same time as 2 other people and we understand it was busy however it was difficult to wait for so long without knowing what for or when we'd be helped again. This happened both the original day and the next day. Our trade in was not addresed until it was too late to take care of same day and then we were told we could come back and do it the next day so we could get an extra $250 gift card. I come back the next day and am told that was not true and everything was processed without the trade in and now I can buy something else and they will discount it by $250. I didn't want to buy anything else, I was originally told the $250 would come off what we already decided to buy the night before. They worked with me and gave me something extra with no charge which I appreciated, but it wasn't what we had wanted or agreed upon at the time of purchase. It was also not made clear that I needed the title to trade in the car and that was something I had to go back home and get. It makes sense now sure but I don't buy and sell cars often and so I didn't know it was needed since the car was paid off over 3 years ago. I also had to ask for some documentation that I traded in the car instead of being provided it. It felt very chaotic and although Steve was very kind and I appreciate his help and humor and friendliness my husband and I felt like the whole thing was messy and could have been handled much more smoothly if we weren't 1 of 3 simultaneous customers, and everything could have been done at the original time of purchase if we were simply asked about a trade in when starting. It was very hard with an 18 month old to be going and coming back multiple times, and it was hard for me as an adult too! Steve was very nice and friendly and was personable, but it was a stressful experience anyway. More

Return oil leaking from oil change earlier in the week. We returned to the dealership cause my Iddessy was leaking oil every place we stopped! Daughter’s driveway our driveway and the street. Husband reached under the vehicle only to find oil on the metal under where the plug is! He checked the plug only to find it was loose. He tightened best he could with poor reach from under the car. THIS SHOUKD NEVER HAPOEN AND WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT CORRECTED! Hopefully person responsible was spoken to? On the ticket it says the plug was tight! ONLY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND TIGHTENED THE BEST HE COULD. Also comparing tickets? If all fluids were to be filled? Then why would the washer fluid need to be filled if it was filled in the prior visit? And we never used the wipers from one ticket to the other???? Someone is cutting corners in your shop? Check it out!!! More
SRS code not found in Honda diagnostic/RUDE GM The SRS code was diagnosed at Napa in less than 5 minutes but the dealership couldn't find it until I gave it to them. Survey sent out and when I called to respond I was was directed to Jim Haertzen who said (among other uncivil things) he didn't need my business. I have been a faithful customer for 14 years and never experienced such treatment. I held Brookdale Honda in the highest esteem until this incident. One GM destroyed a 14 year relationship. I would be happy to expand on this to anyone interested. Feel free to contact me. More

Good customer service! I was taken care immediately when I arrived and waiting in the comfortable area. The advisor came to tell me the problems they found and asked nicely I was taken care immediately when I arrived and waiting in the comfortable area.
