The actual buying part involved a lot of waiting, and the first day I visited (unscheduled) they couldn't find the car I was there to see. The price of the vehicle was good, but the trade in offer was pretty much rock bottom. Daniel and staff went out of their way to recover a missing seat and key the previous lessee neglected to give back. Overall I view the buying experience as positive with Brookdale Honda. More

Horrible, horrible horrible customer service The salesman never bothered to show us anything on the car we were looking at, he just gave us the keys and sent us on our way. We were their for over 4 hours and didnt even need financing. We felt like we were just another number for them to meet the quota for the month. They wouldn't bargin with us at all on anything. Not even a free oil change....please that is like $40-$50 Then after all was said and done, the finance guy chaised us down as we were leaving with our car and said he made a mistake, that we still owed $200. I'm sorry, but its not my fault YOU made a mistake. He was extremely rude. Unfortunately, I have to return to the dealer for them to fix something, which I had asked to be fixed right away on the vehicle. This was by far the worse car buying experience I have ever had. Next time I need something I will go elsewhere due to the service that I received. More
Service was too long & slow I called earlier in the week and set up an appointment for an oil change on Saturday at noon. Long wait time Arrived at my scheduled appointment time, waited 20 minutes in my car for someone to great me. Looked like they booked everyone to come in at the same time and only had 2 people checking them in. There was no line after about a half hour. I was told it would take an hour and 20 minutes. After 2 hours with no update, I went to the service desk to see what was going on. The guy said he wasn’t my guy but would find him. Another 25 minutes went by before he came and told me my car was ready. Standard oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement. Went out to my car and could tell it had been washed, but was completely dry so I figure my car had been ready for at least a half hour or forty five minutes. Guy did give my $10 off the bill, but that was a whopping 5% discount. More
