Appointment without the right tires in stock LBH booked a tire replacement appointment for me without first confirming they had the tire in stock. What a waste of time! A good service center would not have set up an appointment. Even with this error, I would have expected, once I’ve driven to the dealership to hear this news, the center to call around to see if they could get the tire in sooner than 2 days (my tire had a large bulge!) or find a place that had it in stock and could service my car the same or next day. When I went to another shop to get the repair, I found out that Luther Brookdale Honda sold me my certified preowned Honda and never bothered to give me the key to my locking lug nuts. A ridiculous oversight. More

Extreme disappointment We purchased a new 2018 Oddessy Elite that came with a $4000.00+ accessories package. The vehicle was delivered and we drove it home. Later we notice We purchased a new 2018 Oddessy Elite that came with a $4000.00+ accessories package. The vehicle was delivered and we drove it home. Later we noticed there were no mud flaps on the van. An item we paid for. Michelle called and an appointment was set to install These previously paid for items. The mud flaps were installed and we drove away contented. Later we began to question the other items on the list. Guess what, neither the extremely expensive paint protectant or the vehicle interior protectant was applied. So, again the van went in for these previousally paid for items. Upon delivery, no reason was given for this fraudulent oversight. No apologies or appeasement’s offered. I guess it was upo to us, the customers to catch the dealerships mistakes and schedule the items we paid for to be applied or installed. More

Damage was done after my last service Scratch and dent was created after my last service on Saturday. I found out about it later that night. I am never going back there again!!!!! More
