Miss quoted and shotty workmanship, poor communication. Was quoted one price and charged another. After spending $3,750.00 dollars had to take the vehicle back the next day, because the the vehicle was not Was quoted one price and charged another. Also, as a customer who spends almost $4000.00 on repairs we were treated like we were bullies and victims.and were not given any reduction in price. In fact we were told that they do not want us back as a customer. And we were told you never get complaints. Which is a lie. What ever happened to treating paying customers with respect. Do to our experience, we will not come back to this dealership and we will not be recommending this dealership to any one. I hope in the future that customers are treated better than we were. We were told several times that they have a state of the art building. But if you treat your customers with disrespect, a shinny new building means nothing. I am leaving names out of this review because they know who they are. And I hope that some customer service training happens. Thanks for taking the time to read this. P.s. we were also told one price over the phone and when we went to pay it was a higher price. And management sided with the salesman over us. We have spent a lot of money at this dealership and apparently that means nothing. More
