A simple tire rotation took over an hour to complete, was not totally done correctly causing me a 40 mile return trip to correct: on top of that I was charged $2+ for the “shop supplies” that were used for this job. When I asked what supplies were used I was told it was the use of the tools and also it was “A state mandated” charge. I’ve been a customer at this dealership for years . A service center that has earned my trust. I especially appreciate the personal attention to my needs given by Shane. One very minor issue. When I got home I noticed that the tire valve caps were missing on both right side wheels. They were all in place the last time I checked the pressures. A couple caps - even sent by mail - would "cap off" an otherwise totally good experience. More

Bad Customer service practices This was my first time at this dealership, very bad customer service. I had an appt and still had to wait 45 mins past my appt. All of their employees need to go through customer service training. No one approached to ask if I have been helped. i had to finally walk up to someone and ask for help. My service advisor kept on forgetting things and kept giving me excuses that he was off for a few weeks so he's just trying to get caught back up. Bad experience overall. More

The only suggestion I have is that the $350 end-of-lease disposition fee be noted on the website along with the other pertinent lease information such as down payment amount, excess mileage fees, etc. to ensure that ALL basic lease information is provided to the potential customer BEFORE they visit the dealership.
