Oil change and ac unit recharge $200 Unbelievable. Came in for an ac unit recharge. Was told the compressor was broken and but the recharge was going to last at least one year. That why I Unbelievable. Came in for an ac unit recharge. Was told the compressor was broken and but the recharge was going to last at least one year. That why I paid $200 to get it done. Not even a week and the ac is out, worst then before I brought in. Call in service front desk said she Abby was busy will leave her a note to call me back. Never returned my call. Next day I call back directly to Abby and left a voice mail. Never got a call back. So I decided to come in with the car. They took the car overnight, which was fine. Next day, got a voice and text from Jeffrey. Helpful? xxxx no. Said the compressor is out and thats why the ac isn’t blowing cold air. Of course, it went out within 5 days. Okay, still the cold air didn’t last a year like Abby said. Why am I still getting charge $200? His response “LIKE I SAID I CAN GET AFTERMARKET FOR $1190” Text was in all CAP. IS HE UPSET? DID I WASTED HIS TIME? IS HE YELLING? and his pitch was trying to give me the best deal in the world to buy $1100 compressor aftermarket rather than I originally priced from Honda $1800. So I wasted $200 for nothing? Ac unit went out on Friday, the worst possible timing 105 degree outside. Lack of communication- if I knew wasting $200 was going to resolve anything why would I done it. Common sense. I have two honda. I do all my services with you guys. Oil change, bought tires, etcs. But after Friday - I lost trust. And you guys lost my services. More

I actually enjoy getting my oil changed! When the dashboard let's me know it's time for maintenance, I have no dread. The waiting room at Luther is beyond pleasant.
