Poor and overpriced service Routinely overcharges customers for both parts and labor. Compared to honda estore prices they charge a markup of easily 2x and worse, even if it i Routinely overcharges customers for both parts and labor. Makes the jobs of honest service reps real hard. Angry ex customers take the time to come to the service department again and ask the customers to take their cars and run. Owners and management should do some serious soul searching as to why their customers feel so bad that they feel they have been given the shaft. More

Long and Pricey I’m not much of a fan waiting 4 hrs when told my service experience would be a total of 2.5 hours.
