Disappointed The sales person kept trying to get us to buy the floor model and kept telling us that it was the same price as another car on their lot. They were not the same price and we would have spent over $2,000 more. We believe that since the dealership was dealing with two women they may have been trying to take advantage of us. The finance person, James Holmes, was disrespectful and condescending. He was told several times that we did not wish to purchase any extended warranty and yet he kept up the high pressure sales technique. He was rude and not good to work with. We will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. I have told several people about our interactions with this dealership and our poor experience. People are finding it difficult to comprehend this entire interaction. Although we asked to see the General Manager of the dealership, he did not meet with us. We were handed down to an assistant sales manager. When I asked for one of the managers to call us back, they did not. A finance person called us back and apologized, but there was no contact made to us by any manager. More
