My sales experience was no pressure and allowed me the space I needed to make my decision, including a longer test drive by myself. This provided the opportunity to get a good feel for how the vehicle handled before making my decision. The sales person was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle, including the technology. Working with finance was also easy and I did not feel pressure to buy additional products and services. Buying a car can be stressful, so I appreciate that the team made it easy for me. More

I tried to buy a car at a Luther dealership much closer to my home but got no response to my online request for someone to contact me. When I tried the same thing with Brookdale Honda; Alex called me right away. I met him the next day and bought a car within an hour. I purchased a few extras for the car and Alex had them installed and the car all shined up for me by 1:00 the next day. Adam got me through the finance and legal in record time. The car was ready when they said it would be. It looks perfect. And the final transaction and pickup process took less than half an hour. I’m extremely happy with this car buying experience! More
