Very poor experience. I previously leased a vehicle with this location and it was a great experience. However, this time it was very disorganized. I told him multiple times my address had change; nevertheless, I had to come back the next day to resubmit paper work. He seeemed rather desperate to close the sale and was trying to rush me through the whole process. Furthermore, rather than giving me an estimate on how long the resubmission would take, he walked away. Had to go back three times because the sales associate made several blunders that I pointed out multiple times, but ensured me they were fine. More
