Great experience with a knowledgeable salesman I had a wonderful experience picking out my new car! Don’t bother Day 1- went in for an “express oil change” where no appointment needed. Upon arrival, was asked if I has an appointment. I said no. I was informed tha Day 1- went in for an “express oil change” where no appointment needed. Upon arrival, was asked if I has an appointment. I said no. I was informed that it would be a 3 hour wait so I made an appointment for the following day. Day 2- checked in for my appointment. Oil change and tire rotation took total of 3 hours anyway! Told I needed new from brake pads. Made appointment for next day and asked how long it would take. I was told 1 to 2 hours. Day 3- showed up cor brake appointment. Waited 3 hours for completion. My time is too valuable. I will find local mechanic and skip the big dealer experience next time. Not worth it. No respect for my time. No customer service to keep me informed of delays etc. More
