Always amazing service! I used to go to a family mechanic, but it wasn’t easy to get the car in and simple repairs would mean a day or two without my car. Would not honor warranty for repairs Brought in my vehicle to have a few things looked at to utilize my 30 day warranty. Dropped my car off at 12 Wednesday and was told it would take a few hours to get it checked out and what repairs were needed. I was up front from the beginning about what I needed looking at and the possible use of my warranty. I wasn't contacted until 5pm and they were just looking in to one of the issues and would get back to me. I wasn't contacted again until 12pm the next day. I was told that neither repair was covered under my warranty and it was due to used cars approval. All this through text message that was broken and un professional. I was asked if I wanted a quote for the repairs, and I did not. I was very unhappy with the fact that it took 24 hours to get back to me as well as driving 45 min across town to be offered a quote on something that wasn't covered on my bumper to bumper warranty on a vehicle I just bought, not to mention paying an extra 1K to have it up to your standards. The brakes had never been changed on a 2005 vehicle with 115K miles as well as some panel siding that was loose. These are repairs that could of easily been repaired for little cost to the "used car department". It was an opportunity for your service to go a little above and beyond to offer customer satisfaction. Instead I feel I got the run around and a whole day wasted running back and forth. I won't be returning to have my vehicle serviced, nor recommend your dealership. Thank you More

I was there for kinda noisy sounds Someone came to help me and made a note for the issue of my car. I'm glad that she was patient. I was told it would take abt an hour, which was another surprise. However, it was only 45 minutes. YAHOO! Oh plus, the gal discounted my oil change with a coupon. SWEET & APPRECIATED!! Cookies, on the other hand could be sooo much better! C'mon Honda, show your customers we're worth the good stuff. No fake news ...I mean, fake ingredients! On a side note, it would also be nice if there were chairs NEXT to the outlets for customers needing to plug in their phones while waiting. More
