No huge problems but still disappointed I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I ended up waiting around for 2 hours to get it completed. Not sure what good it did to have an appointm I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I ended up waiting around for 2 hours to get it completed. Not sure what good it did to have an appointment when I could go elsewhere and be out the door in 30 minutes or less. I also used a coupon advertising an oil change for $9.95. Somehow that ended up being a $13.56 oil change. Not a big deal but why not advertise the actual price? More
Unacceptable wait time I have been bringing my vehicles to Brookdale Honda For service for over 10 years. The service department has steadily gone down hill. The last issue I have been bringing my vehicles to Brookdale Honda For service for over 10 years. The service department has steadily gone down hill. The last issue was an oil change that was scheduled for 11:30AM.I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes for the oil change. 2 hours and 10 minutes I was paying the bill for the oil Change. This much wait time for a simple oil change with an appointment was unacceptable. I will be driving a little farther to a different Honda dealer for my future services. More

Takara airbag recall My visit was fantastic! I think it was Abby helping me. I came in to get my airbags replaced and she also said that there was a recall on the driver My visit was fantastic! I think it was Abby helping me. I came in to get my airbags replaced and she also said that there was a recall on the driver side door latch. I didn't know anything about that. So not only did I get my airbags replaced I also got my door latch fixed! She also gave me her telephone number so I would know when she called me. It was a wonderful experience. Charged for service never done. I brought my 2017 Honda accord in for its first service visit to this dealership from whom I had bought the car last year. The visit required a oil a I brought my 2017 Honda accord in for its first service visit to this dealership from whom I had bought the car last year. The visit required a oil and filter change and tire rotation. After waiting an hour and 50 minutes I was told that my car was finished and please be sure to give American Honda a 100% rating on this dealership. I checked my wheels and tires and noticed that The right front wheel, where I had had a scratch from six months ago upon hitting the curb was still in its same position in the right front. I called the technician and confronted him that he had not perform the tire rotation. He admitted that he had signed off on doing the work but in fact had not done it because of “personal issues“. I told him that he should call his service manager and tell him what he had done. Sometime later The service manager Mike called me and told me that the technician had “forgotten“ to do the tire rotation. I told him that that was not what the technician had told me-the technician admitted that he had not done the work but signed off on it. The service manager said, “that’s not how we do business.” Of course in this case that is exactly how they did business. Now I’m wondering whether he really changed the oil and oil filter. I would avoid this business and will tell others to do so as they are dishonest. More
