Too long for just an oil change and brake check! I understand that they're busy, and if I were a walk in, I understand that I'd need to wait till there was an opening. However, I made an appointment, and in my mind, there should be a tech available to attend to my vehicle at the appointed time. If there isn't someone available at that time, let me know, and I will pick a time when someone is available. I waited 2 hours just to have my brakes inspected, and my oil changed. I know it should take less than half that time, and even if it did take you a full hour, I'd be okay with that, but 2 hours is ridiculous for those tasks to be accomplished. More

Lo deserves a raise Lo (Birdie), was an incredible salesman. From the moment we walked in, he was the only person who paid attention to us and took us seriously. He treated us with kindness and patience and was incredibly genuine. I had a lot of anxiety at the other dealerships I visited, bur felt like I belonged immediately as soon as Lo took notice that no one else was helping us. From the moment Lo started assisting us it was a smooth process. I honestly couldn’t believe I waited that long to buy a car. And then I remembered that all the other dealers I worked with weren’t as friendly nor looked at us as serious buyers like Lo did. That being said, we weren’t even planning on buying a car that day, we were just test driving the cars we were interested in. And then Lo took us for a test drive in the CRV and walked us through all of the features, and we were sold immediately. We signed the paperwork as soon as we could. Literally all thanks to Lo and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase If I could give Lo Vang a raise personally, I would. He absolutely has a perfect score in my book. That being said, a few people we interacted with when we first entered, specifically the used car salesman we ran into when we were looking around the lot treated us like we didn’t belong. We then hovered around the reception area waiting for someone to notice us while the receptionists and a dealer socialized, ignoring us completely. We almost walked out of the dealership and definitely would have if Lo hadn’t found us and welcomed us. We made a significant purchase that day, all thanks to his genuine salesmanship. Any criticism below is directed at the other nameless interactions we had at the dealership, aside from Lo. Lo Vang is the single reason we made a purchase that day. We also really really enjoyed the finance person we worked with that night whose name alludes me. More
