Unacceptable wait time I have been bringing my vehicles to Brookdale Honda For service for over 10 years. The service department has steadily gone down hill. The last issue I have been bringing my vehicles to Brookdale Honda For service for over 10 years. The service department has steadily gone down hill. The last issue was an oil change that was scheduled for 11:30AM.I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes for the oil change. 2 hours and 10 minutes I was paying the bill for the oil Change. This much wait time for a simple oil change with an appointment was unacceptable. I will be driving a little farther to a different Honda dealer for my future services. More

No huge problems but still disappointed I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I ended up waiting around for 2 hours to get it completed. Not sure what good it did to have an appointment when I could go elsewhere and be out the door in 30 minutes or less. I also used a coupon advertising an oil change for $9.95. Somehow that ended up being a $13.56 oil change. Not a big deal but why not advertise the actual price? More

Kind and efficient I was very pleased with the efficiency of the service people... very little wait, kind and not rushed... the oil change , 21 point check and car wash I was very pleased with the efficiency of the service people... very little wait, kind and not rushed... the oil change , 21 point check and car wash was completed in one hour as was stated before they took the car back.,, I would highly recommend this service center. They make it easy I had an issue with my car that needed to be taken care of since it wouldn’t start. Takara airbag recall My visit was fantastic! I think it was Abby helping me. I came in to get my airbags replaced and she also said that there was a recall on the driver My visit was fantastic! I think it was Abby helping me. I came in to get my airbags replaced and she also said that there was a recall on the driver side door latch. I didn't know anything about that. So not only did I get my airbags replaced I also got my door latch fixed! She also gave me her telephone number so I would know when she called me. It was a wonderful experience.
